What to Expect at the First Exam
During your initial contact phone call, you will be asked for some general information and a consultation will be scheduled. See below for links to health history forms to expedite your time at the office. During the consultation you will meet with our treatment coordinator Sue Ashton, and Dr. Michael Cari. They will discuss with you the reasons you are interested in orthodontic care and any concerns you may have. The exam will consist of an oral exam, panoramic x-ray, and detailed photographs of your mouth. We will then discuss whether treatment is recommended and if appropriate the treatment options, estimated treatment time, and associated fees. You will go home with a folder containing the above information and we welcome any questions you might have at any time. As a courtesy to our patients we do not charge for examinations.

Fees & Payment
Orthodontic fees are variable based on the patient's diagnosis. We do participate in most major dental insurance plans (listed below) and can maximize the benefits for you. We also offer in-house financing, as well as pay in full discounts, and a no money down option. There is never a fee for an initial exam, panoramic x-ray, and consultation.
